The oldest family members that I am aware of are Ruth (Latham) Parmelee, 107, of Denver; Sarah Walton (Parmele) Cooke, 106, of Austin, Texas; Frank P. Parmley, 105, a longtime employee of the Buffalo News; Cleo Alice (Parmley) Jenkins, 101, a U.S. Postal Service worker; and Hazel (De Rade) Parmelee of Buffalo, N.Y., and Eliza Esther (Ullery) Parmley, of New Carlisle, Ind., who both lived to 100.
